Capitalist society, armed with convenience as a shield and money as its engine, is driving forward a massive wave of AI. we truly aware of how AI should be used for the sake of all humanity?
We are caught in the momentum of a world that insists money and convenience are paramount, unable to stop our relentless sprint. Now, the rise of AI places before us the great challenge of asking, “What kind of life should we live?” Is this a crisis, or could it be an unprecedented opportunity? As an adult, I seek to find a responsible answer for the next generation. I wish to contribute to ensuring that AI becomes a technology that enhances the dignity of all people—not a tool for a select few—so that humanity may live in a more truly human way.
Juliacoachinglab proposes “coaching” as a core approach.
Through coaching, individuals come to recognize their unique values and set the direction of their lives with autonomy. We explore the essential for the age of AI.
Only individuals with deep self-understanding and firmly established perspectives can truly guide technology in ways that benefit humanity. The change that Juliacoachinglab seeks to bring about is one that resonates through lived experiences and leads to deeper communication with all people. The purpose of this research is not for AI to replace humanity, but to help each of us focus on the life we genuinely desire, allowing human dignity and creativity to flourish. This is the path toward enabling a truly human way of living.

The “AI Collaborative Coaching Research” conducted by Juliacoachinglab seeks to put this belief into practice and become the first cornerstone in presenting cases.
Just as in the past, a small number of privileged groups, drawing on vast labor resources, drove human civilization forward through creative and cultural activities,
today’s era holds the potential to liberate all humanity from arduous labor—without any infringement on human rights—opening a new source of progress. A world where humanity becomes ever more human. Research Introduction
We envision AI not as a mere tool, but as a partner that collaborates with human expertise. In particular, we propose coaching-based, human-centered AI utilization models and explore their practical possibilities together with experts through doctoral research on coaching and mentoring at Oxford Brookes University.
Research Model
By simulating human coaching dialogue styles and methods, we provide generalized user experiences. Targeting university students, we analyze the acceptability and trust in AI coaching, as well as its effects on stress management. Together, we also develop ethical design principles to ensure fairness, emotional stability, and human-centeredness are not compromised.
Participant
A group of ten professional coaches collaborates to explore the potential and philosophy of AI collaborative coaching. They were selected from 26 coaches who voluntarily applied after explanatory sessions and study briefings, based on pre-survey responses and AI analysis.
